We're confident in Method Focus+ Gummies. If you've tried them for at least two weeks and don't feel the difference, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Because our products are consumable health supplements, we ask that you've genuinely given them a fair try (at least two weeks of consistent use) before requesting a refund. This guarantee covers your first order so you can try Method risk-free.

How To Request A Refund
Email us with your order number and a brief note about your experience, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away. Just email us a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it straight away — no need to return the item.

Refund Timeframes
Once your refund is approved it will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

What's Not Covered
- Orders where more than one bottle has been opened or consumed (the satisfaction guarantee applies to your first bottle only)
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Change-of-mind returns on opened consumable products beyond the satisfaction guarantee

If you're on a subscription you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us. Orders that have already been processed and shipped follow the standard policy above.
